Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution and facilitate the resolution of any customer challenges.

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of service projects, ensuring seamless coordination among engineering, procurement, logistics, and field operations.

• Establish and execute the project execution strategy aimed at ensuring successful outcomes.

• Administer project timelines, finances, margins, risks, and change management processes.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet contractual obligations and performance commitments.

• Maintain project documentation and management systems, providing regular updates and status reviews.

• Recognize and address project risks while capturing lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

• Assist in the tendering and ITO phase by offering execution expertise and insights regarding projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in project management within the power generation or energy industry.

• Strong grasp of project financials, scheduling, and contract management.

• Familiarity with gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, HRSG, aero-derivatives, or similar power plant machinery.

• Exceptional communication abilities and capacity to lead cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

• PMP certification (or a commitment to obtain it) is highly preferred.
