Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary customer liaison throughout project execution and facilitate the resolution of any customer concerns.

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of service projects, integrating engineering, procurement, logistics, and field execution efforts.

• Establish and execute the project strategy to guarantee effective delivery.

• Manage the project timeline, finances, margins, risks, and change management processes.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance commitments.

• Maintain project documentation and management systems while providing consistent updates and reviews on project status.

• Identify and address project risks while capturing lessons learned and best practices.

• Assist in the tendering and ITO phase by offering execution expertise and project insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a relevant field.

• Demonstrated experience in project management within the power generation or energy industry.

• Strong grasp of project financials, scheduling, and contract management.

• Experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, HRSG, aero-derivatives, or similar power plant equipment.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

• PMP certification (or a commitment to obtain it) is highly preferred.
