Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee various consulting and management projects with clients.

• Establish project and program strategies to meet client objectives and priorities.

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks effectively.

• Enhance standards and processes in program and project management.

• Build and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients to foster a positive business image and growth.

• Supervise essential tasks and items with extended timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in construction, building engineering, real estate, or architecture is mandatory.

• Certification as a Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent credentials is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience managing projects/programs with a value exceeding $25 million.

• Demonstrated leadership of both external and internal project teams.

• Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite and online project management tools (e.g., Procore, Unity Construct, PMWeb).
