Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees medium-sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) or large-scale (>15 countries, full service) projects/programs with general supervision.

• Directs project teams effectively.

• Conducts project oversight for small (<5 countries and/or limited services) projects/programs.

• Ensures the timely and budget-compliant production of project deliverables that meet established quality standards.

• Serves as the main escalation point for PSI customers, vendors, project teams, and other functional area representatives regarding all project-related concerns.

• Provides training, mentorship, and coaching to Regional Project Leads and Project Managers within the department.

• Engages in feasibility studies.

• Assists in business development activities, including the creation of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and similar tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the clinical research industry.

• At least 4 years of experience in global, project-level clinical project management, encompassing all project phases from initiation to closure, management of all functional services, and vendor oversight.

• Proven experience in managing global projects.

• Preference for experience in Gastroenterology; experience in Oncology and radiopharmaceuticals is advantageous.
