Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with the governance model and operating rhythm.

• Facilitate structured governance forums that yield clear outcomes: decisions, actions, and ownership.

• Oversee program-wide resource demand in relation to capacity planning.

• Manage budget versus actual expenditures and align forecasts with backlog.

• Lead the tollgate governance and readiness process.

• Maintain a comprehensive integrated program plan across all workstreams.

• Create and update program dashboards and reporting tools.

• Promote consistent implementation of Agile practices throughout workstreams.

• Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in program management or large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex programs with multiple workstreams.

• Strong expertise in resource management, specifically demand versus capacity planning.

• Proficient in cost management and financial governance.

• Knowledgeable in stage gate and tollgate management processes.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, modeling, and scenario analysis.

• Experience in data manipulation and reporting automation.

• Familiarity with building dashboards and reporting solutions, preferably using Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models.

• Experience using program and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
