Senior Project Manager, AdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to create comprehensive project plans, encompassing resource allocation and budget considerations.

• Oversee, monitor, and ensure the successful delivery of technical projects that involve multiple teams such as engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, and customer success.

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to uphold team productivity and unity.

• Guarantee that projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality benchmarks.

• Strategically plan, manage, and supervise project execution to ensure timely delivery within the set financial parameters.

• Conduct thorough project risk assessments, actively monitoring and communicating potential risks to stakeholders and clients.

• Develop and sustain clear, accessible project documentation and reporting.

• Establish and continuously refine best practices in project management, including tools, templates, and engagement guidelines.

• Foster change and enhance efficiency through collaboration with both internal and external partners.

• Serve as a resource and people manager: engage in hiring planning with the Recruitment team, assist in onboarding, and ensure the professional development of team members.

• Promote ongoing improvements within the Competence Center, take part in PMO activities and PM training initiatives, and share insights and best practices to boost project lifecycle efficiency.

• Enhance project lifecycle processes through the sharing of lessons learned and established best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Project Management with a focus on technology.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle complex, cross-functional projects.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Extensive experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Proven experience in establishing Scrum processes and coaching teams.

• In-depth knowledge of project management tools and processes, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and risk management.

• Practical experience in managing technical requirements.

• Expert-level proficiency in configuring Jira and Confluence.

• Experience with BI tools is essential.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher will be an advantage.

• Previous experience in the AdTech industry.

• Certification as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner is desirable.

• Basic understanding of SQL.
