This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Establish timelines, manage scope, and maintain budget control in partnership with stakeholders.
• Create and uphold comprehensive project schedules using MS Project.
• Monitor progress, anticipate resource needs, and align costs with the defined scope and schedule.
• Manage project finances, including budget analysis and proactive measures to mitigate cost and schedule deviations.
• Recognize scope changes, evaluate their impacts, and lead discussions with customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Provide technical guidance by converting contractual obligations into tangible deliverables.
• Direct risk management, issue escalation, and resolution processes.
• Supervise procurement and vendor management activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in project or program management positions.
• An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical programs with full accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, SAP, MS Office).
• Comprehensive understanding of system integration project execution and related interdependencies.
• Strong financial and analytical skills in cost forecasting and resource planning.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate effectively, plan and organize intricate projects, and achieve results through indirect teams in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
