Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of project sequencing to mentor project managers effectively.

• Oversees multiple large-scale federal construction projects, including renovation, design/build, and new construction, with values ranging from $1M to over $50M.

• Assembles and directs high-performing project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Develops and evaluates budgets, cash flow, subcontract agreements, scopes of work, and payment applications.

• Aids in resolving conflicts, addressing personnel issues, and tackling project-related challenges.

• Assesses monthly invoices, submittals, and documentation, including RMS.

• Guides project managers and field personnel, fostering their professional development.

• Engages in bidding processes, proposal creation, subcontracting, and change order management.

• Cultivates strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to enhance future opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of pertinent experience; relevant experience may replace a degree based on contract stipulations.

• Familiarity with projects from USACE, NAVFAC, USEPA, USAF, NPS, or the Coast Guard.

• Solid grasp of federal contracts (JOC, IDIQ, SATOC, MATOC, etc.).

• Proficient in planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring contract compliance.

• Experienced with MS Office, MS Project, Teams, Viewpoint, AutoCAD Reader, and other necessary software tools.

• Holds a valid driver's license and maintains an acceptable driving record.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and acquire required clearances.
