This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete delivery of customer-focused implementation projects, ensuring they are finalized on schedule, within scope, and adhere to budget constraints.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the engagement, coordinating internal resources, managing risks, and fostering accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Anticipate revenue, manage profit margins, and ensure the overall financial health of projects.
• Establish success criteria and objectives with stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Acquire and allocate resources; develop and sustain comprehensive project plans.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs; monitor and report on project performance.
• Lead customer-facing status meetings and generate status reports.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and dependencies.
• Keep thorough project documentation.
• Collaborate with project management peers to enhance process efficiency.
• Foster customer relationships to aid in future sales opportunities.
• Create and present project dashboards to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5+ years of relevant work experience).
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and organization.
• Experience in enterprise software delivery, including knowledge of deploying enterprise software in both SaaS and on-premises environments, as well as in hybrid architectures that integrate cloud-hosted product components with customer-managed infrastructure.
• Familiarity with common implementation dependencies: databases, application gateways, site-to-site VPN tunnels, SSO/identity providers, and secrets management.
• Ability to engage in credible discussions with customer infrastructure, security, and network teams to ensure project success.
• Recognizes when a customer-side obstacle (such as firewall rules, certificate issues, server readiness, etc.) may affect the delivery timeline and escalates the issue proactively.
• Exceptional written, verbal, client-facing, and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification (preferred).
• Experience with change management processes in professional services projects.
• Experience in managing relationships with both external and internal customers (preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple high-profile workstreams concurrently.
• Experience in creating or reviewing professional services SOWs (preferred).
