Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive Project Leadership: Independently evaluate intricate client requirements, design thorough project strategies, and uphold full responsibility for the successful execution of projects.

• Client Success Collaboration: Partner closely with the Client Success team, proactively engaging Client Success Managers (CSMs) on a regular basis and incorporating them into ongoing client discussions to establish them as the main relationship managers.

• Alignment on Value & ROI: Work alongside CSMs to guarantee that project outcomes transition smoothly into sustained value generation and anticipated ROI for ClassWallet clients.

• Multi-Tiered Project Oversight: Effectively oversee "projects within projects," balancing interdependent workstreams and managing complex dependencies.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as the main liaison for several third-party vendors and cultivate collaborative relationships across all organizational tiers.

• Detail-Focused Monitoring: Maintain strict supervision of project schedules, resources, and deliverables using tools such as Asana and MS Project to ensure successful execution without isolation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification: Possess an active, current Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).

• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Exhibit a highly collaborative, adaptable, and approachable interpersonal style with a proven history of working closely with client-facing or account management teams.

• Communication Skills: Possess sharp, clear verbal and written communication abilities with a demonstrated capacity to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Technical & Operational Precision: Show exceptional attention to detail with practical expertise in project management software (Excel, MS Project, Asana, or similar).

• **Preferred**:

• Experience in the Public Sector: Previous experience successfully managing or navigating government-related projects.

• Scale & Scope: Experience functioning at a Program Manager level, overseeing a portfolio of interconnected projects.

• Tool Proficiency: Strong practical experience specifically with Asana.
