Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take on overall ownership and accountability for publication accounts at the project level.

• Establish and refine specifications prior to the commencement of projects.

• Monitor and maintain the progress of projects along with their associated scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Actively manage the account, responding promptly to the client's expectations and needs during project execution.

• Develop workflows and timelines, ensuring they are accurately drafted and reviewed.

• Formally initiate projects in WorkBook and coordinate with internal team members.

• Notify team members once the project scope and budget have been approved, allowing work to commence.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the status report as well as other client deliverables.

• Prepare a summary of key takeaways for the team's finalization.

• Ensure client meeting materials are prepared with precision.

• Take responsibility for author relationships and their assigned responsibilities.

• Maintain an archive of all communications on the Citrus Health Group server (SharePoint).

• Oversee entries within the client project tracking software.

• Submit information to client databases to track physician payments, travel, meals, and gifts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 4-5 years of project management experience in a medical communications agency, publications, and/or pharmaceutical company.

• Required experience with publication accounts in a medical communications agency and with iEnvision software.

• High integrity, confidence, and accountability.

• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and timelines; high accuracy level.

• Excellent financial acumen.

• Capability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to evaluate, interpret, and analyze both written and verbal communications.

• Skill to coach junior team members in a manner that fosters their development.

• Understanding of industry guidelines, regulations, and requirements.

• Strong professional communication skills, both written and interpersonal.

• A solid sense of diplomacy, including effective negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

• Ability to master various content management systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Willingness to travel as needed.
