• Over 8 years of project management experience.
• More than 4 years of experience in a professional services setting.
• 1-2 years of experience in managing people.
• Familiarity with Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, or Genesys product lines.
• One of the following certifications is required: PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt (ASQ), or CBAP.
• Proven track record of delivering complex solutions that involve multiple cross-team dependencies.
• Demonstrated strong performance in previous roles, with escalating levels of responsibility and autonomy.
• Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, issue logs, risk registers, and status reports.
• Strong technical aptitude alongside excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience interacting and communicating with executive-level management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to the audience, with the ability to influence effectively.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership; understands one’s role and accepts personal responsibility for completing tasks (end-to-end), knows when and how to escalate issues, takes appropriate risks (while avoiding unnecessary ones), and recognizes the impact of decisions.
