📋 Description

• Coordinates the efforts of internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.

• Guarantees timely delivery of all projects while adhering to scope and budget constraints.

• Aids in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility.

• Ensures the availability and proper allocation of resources.

• Creates a comprehensive project plan to monitor and track progress effectively.

• Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification methods.

• Evaluates project performance utilizing authorized tools and techniques.

• Reports and escalates issues to management as required.

• Maintains the relationship with clients and all stakeholders.

• Conducts risk management to minimize potential project risks.

• Establishes and nurtures relationships with third-party vendors.

• Delegates project tasks based on the individual strengths, skills, and experience levels of junior staff members.

• Monitors project performance to assess the successful achievement of both short-term and long-term goals.

• Meets financial objectives and adjusts project constraints based on budgetary analysis.

• Develops detailed project plans to be shared with clients and team members.

• Utilizes and continuously enhances leadership capabilities.

• Creates spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to outline project needs.

• Forecasts project revenue and ensures that financial commitments to the business are fulfilled.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of project management experience.

• More than 4 years of experience in a professional services setting.

• 1-2 years of experience in managing people.

• Familiarity with Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, or Genesys product lines.

• One of the following certifications is required: PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt (ASQ), or CBAP.

• Proven track record of delivering complex solutions that involve multiple cross-team dependencies.

• Demonstrated strong performance in previous roles, with escalating levels of responsibility and autonomy.

• Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, issue logs, risk registers, and status reports.

• Strong technical aptitude alongside excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

• Experience interacting and communicating with executive-level management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to the audience, with the ability to influence effectively.

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership; understands one’s role and accepts personal responsibility for completing tasks (end-to-end), knows when and how to escalate issues, takes appropriate risks (while avoiding unnecessary ones), and recognizes the impact of decisions.

• Willingness and ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
