This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the end-to-end execution of intricate SaaS implementation projects, encompassing scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, training, and go-live phases.
• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, risk registers, communication strategies, and financial projections.
• Manage multiple enterprise-level customer projects concurrently, ensuring effective coordination and organization.
• Confirm that all deliverables adhere to contractual obligations, quality benchmarks, and professional service standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process, setting and managing their expectations.
• Conduct customer workshops, requirements sessions, status updates, and executive briefings.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and address risks, issues, and dependencies across various workstreams; handle change requests while ensuring alignment with scope and budget.
• Uphold robust program management practices, including RAID logs, decision tracking, and governance reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical Services, Consulting, Support, and Training teams on solution design, integration planning, and testing readiness.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, burn rate analysis, and safeguarding revenue/margin.
• Assist Sales during pre-sales activities by contributing to scoping, estimation, deployment strategies, and customer presentations.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior project managers or coordinators; aid in the development of standardized implementation methodologies.
• Lead post-implementation evaluations, document lessons learned, and drive continuous enhancements in delivery processes.
• Advocate for delivery excellence, customer value realization, and scalable implementation practices.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time to customer locations, Brightree offices, or industry events within the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare.
• Over 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS customer-facing implementations.
• PMP Certification.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale projects, multiple workstreams, and complex customer environments.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with complex integrations, interfaces, infrastructure components, or third-party vendors.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Background in regulated industries or healthcare environments.
• Exhibits "drives collaboration" by building trust and strong partnerships, promoting open communication and shared accountability.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications.
• Experience with SaaS implementations in healthcare, pharmacy, or post-acute care.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong customer focus and ability to guide customers through transitions.
• Strategic problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Capability to simplify complexity and communicate effectively.
