Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Essential position contributing to the agency's success

• Develop complex eCommerce strategies

• Demonstrate a profound understanding of technical elements, including third-party integrations and migrations

• Work closely with clients and internal teams

• Ensure the successful launch of Shopify Plus websites for a variety of brands

• Possess strong project management abilities and a solid understanding of Shopify's features

• Navigate challenges and provide customized solutions that effectively achieve clients' objectives

• Manage client onboarding, relationship oversight, and production planning

• Strong comprehension of eCommerce, retention strategies, CRO, and UX best practices

• Extensive knowledge of Shopify Plus functionalities

• Oversee client budgets and monitor the workload and time of strategists, designers, solutions, and developers

• Proven track record as a Technical Project Manager, Solutions Architect/Engineer, or Technical Lead focused on eCommerce platforms, preferably in the retail or consumer-facing sector

• Experience with Shopify is essential

• Preferred experience with Magento, Salesforce, and/or migrations of custom platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration (with an emphasis on eCommerce or digital marketing), or a related field

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
