Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with our clients, ranging from data owners and analytic users to C-level executives.

• Oversee a variety of projects that span multiple disciplines.

• Function as the main client-facing leader for project planning, execution, risk management, and communication.

• Manage project governance, which includes status reporting, escalation of issues/risks, and engagement with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• CAPM or PMP certification is preferred; alternatively, demonstrated expertise in Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, including experience with reporting at the executive level.

• Exhibits outstanding attention to detail, strong follow-through, and highly effective organizational skills.

• Capable of defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders.

• Proven experience in developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in managing project delivery within Agile or hybrid settings, including sprint planning and backlog management.

• Proficient in scope, risk, timeline, and resource management across cross-functional technical teams.

• Demonstrated ability to support projects in diverse sectors, covering data engineering, data analytics, and decision science.

• Skilled in navigating uncertainty, managing change, and sustaining delivery momentum under pressure.

• Familiarity with change management and transformation initiatives.

• 3-5 years of experience in professional services and/or project/program management.

• At least 3 years of experience overseeing technical delivery/consulting projects.

• Minimum of 3 years of client account/management experience.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
