This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement project work plans in alignment with the project’s Statement of Work (SOW) and adjust as necessary to accommodate evolving needs and requirements.
• Determine and schedule both internal and external resources to achieve project plan objectives.
• Oversee the activities of Project Team members, ensuring that assigned tasks are completed in accordance with schedule, resources, cost, performance, and quality targets.
• Engage and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to clearly and promptly communicate project expectations, ensuring successful project execution.
• Proactively identify and address project issues as they emerge.
• Recognize and manage project dependencies as well as the critical path.
• Ensure that all Agfa Healthcare quality documents necessary for the project’s deployment type are accurately filled out, signed, and submitted.
• Fulfill on-time commitments for the project’s Service Acceptance and Final Acceptance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT project management or healthcare IT project management.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is not mandatory but will be required for the next level Project Manager.
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) will be taken into account along with overall project management experience.
• Skills in preparing and delivering presentations to a diverse audience, from C-suite executives to end users.
• Familiarity with current IT and Healthcare technologies.
• Experience or a working understanding of Radiology PACS and Radiology workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to lead teams collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project Management and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Skilled in using tools and technologies necessary for managing virtual project teams.
