Senior Project Engineer, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide implementation services to our clients utilizing Clinisys solutions.

• Execute various tasks including business analysis, data architecture, gap fit workshops, configuration, unit testing, and validation support.

• Collaborate with the project manager (for projects) or the customer services manager, adhering to their guidance and planning.

• Propose solutions and identify technical risks, which you will communicate to the project manager.

• Prepare your actions and any relevant documentation, when necessary.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of your work in MIA, applicable to both aftersales tasks and projects.

• This also involves the prompt recording of your working hours.

• Complete the project tasks assigned to you as per the project plan and budget, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Take full accountability for all functional and/or technical aspects of the tasks assigned to you.

• Keep the project manager continuously updated (in context) regarding the status of your assigned tasks.

• Show flexibility and undertake business trips to client locations to assist with on-site project implementation.

• Manage and execute small projects or sub-projects.

• Conduct customer training and serve as an internal and external interface between the customer and the development department.

• Organize and implement handovers (both internal and external) in relation to project implementation.

• Execute update and upgrade projects.

• Provide support to the support department as needed, coordinating with the Customer Services Manager.

• Assist the sales department in preparing quotations under the direction of the Customer Services Manager or a project manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Alternatively, IT technical training and experience in medical laboratory processes.

• Proven experience in the implementation of laboratory information systems.

• Familiarity with laboratory processes and organization.

• Knowledge of common IT applications such as Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

• Understanding of healthcare communication standards including HL7, ASTM, IHE, etc.

• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, and virtualization.

• Fluent in German and one additional language (English, French, or Dutch).

• Strong motivational skills.

• Capable of delivering tasks under challenging circumstances.

• High level of commitment and ability to take initiative when necessary.

• Creative and solution-oriented with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

• Punctual and focused on quality.

• Excellent communication skills, including presentation, pedagogic, and demonstration capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
