This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
β’ Coordinate and implement administrative and support activities related to accounts, sales, and services.
β’ Address inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers.
β’ Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined.
β’ Enhance service image and customer satisfaction.
β’ Receive service calls.
β’ Allocate service calls to technicians.
β’ Document all service calls.
β’ Organize and maintain the service filing system.
β’ Ensure a safe, orderly, and clean work environment.
β’ Manage sales orders.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of order entry experience or equivalent is necessary.
β’ An associate's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
β’ Previous experience with EnerSys is a plus.
