Senior Programmer I/II – Real World Data, Evidence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Program tables, figures, listings, and derived datasets as per the request description.

• Execute quality control checks and finalize quality control documentation for programming plans, specifications, and outputs/derived datasets.

• Undertake additional programming tasks as directed by management.

• Adhere to established Project Management protocols.

• Communicate proficiently with the OR team.

• Contribute suggestions for enhancing processes, procedures, and standards.

• Assist in the training and development of fellow programmers.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of statistical software packages, especially SAS.

• Comprehensive understanding of SQL.

• Must possess a degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a numerate field.

• Experience with large datasets, ideally within Medical data contexts – including Healthcare databases, Payer databases, and Hospital records.

• Proficient PC skills are essential.

• Strong organizational skills and effective communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Excellent analytical skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
