This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Direct the comprehensive implementation of the Icertis platform and Vera AI for enterprise clients across various industries and regions.
• Establish program vision, success metrics, delivery strategies, and phased roadmaps that align with customer transformation goals.
• Supervise project planning, estimation, risk assessment, release management, and client acceptance for intricate, multi-national deployments.
• Oversee program budgets, KPIs, and performance indicators to guarantee profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for client executives, sponsors, and program/project managers (PMO, Legal, Procurement, IT, Finance, and Sales teams).
• Lead daily, weekly, steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and cross-functional discussions both internally and with clients to synchronize business objectives with delivery execution.
• Build trusted relationships with customer leadership teams and internal Icertis stakeholders.
• Advocate for the adoption of Icertis Vera features and GenAI functionalities (e.g., contract analysis, clause suggestion, summarization, and workflow intelligence).
• Assist clients in identifying viable GenAI use cases and managing change within enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver structured field feedback and shape product development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA, PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification is preferred.
• Over 15 years of professional experience, with at least 6-8 years of managing complex enterprise SaaS or technology transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in leading CLM, Procurement, or Quote-to-Cash (O2C/S2P) implementations that integrate with major ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Experience collaborating with global teams and managing multi-million-dollar delivery initiatives across various clients or regions.
• Knowledge of AI-driven SaaS solutions, including defining GenAI use cases and adoption strategies within enterprise environments.
• Strong grasp of contract lifecycle management processes and collaboration among Legal, Procurement, and Commercial functions.
• Exceptional program management, governance, and enterprise stakeholder engagement skills.
• Outstanding communication and executive presentation abilities, capable of engaging and influencing C-level audiences.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills under complex delivery scenarios.
• Proficiency in modern project management tools and frameworks (Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, MSA, Agile/Hybrid methodologies).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects successfully.
