This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead the execution of partner-driven service initiatives at the theater level.
• Review ongoing opportunities, pinpoint stalled deals, highlight execution gaps, and ensure clear next steps and accountability among all stakeholders.
• Create and manage regional inspection schedules, opportunity review processes, and escalation paths to enhance visibility, responsibility, and speed in partner-led service activities.
• Assist strategic partners in developing their service initiatives by identifying readiness gaps, monitoring progress, and coordinating briefings to transition partners from initial interest to consistent execution.
• Develop practical, field-oriented playbooks, templates, and inspection guides that convert regional insights into scalable assets for global implementation.
• 7–10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, partner success, professional services, managed services, consulting/advisory, or SaaS go-to-market execution.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Sales, Channel, Services, and Partner organizations to drive execution without direct authority.
• A strong inclination towards action concerning opportunity reviews, cadence management, and executive-ready reporting.
• Experience in creating practical field-oriented playbooks, templates, and operational models that facilitate consistent execution at scale.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to simplify complex workflows and customize messaging for both regional and global stakeholders.
