Senior Program Manager, Learning & Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive manager enablement portfolio, which includes Quarterly New Manager Onboarding, and revamping programs to accommodate increasing spans of control, quicker feedback loops, and player-coach operational models.

• Develop AI enablement initiatives in collaboration with Enablement Leads across various organizations, crafting interventions that influence behavior at both the individual and team levels rather than just superficial awareness.

• Lead the creation and facilitation of learning experiences through various formats (self-service, live virtual, in-person).

• Collaborate with People Operations, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Technology, and Communications to align programs with evolving business demands and address emerging gaps.

• Establish success metrics and feedback mechanisms for each program, utilizing data to determine what should be scaled, refined, or discontinued.

• Provide consultation on content development and communication strategies for managers from related teams (performance, hiring enablement, security, compliance).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development, program management, or a HRBP role within a rapidly growing technology firm, with firsthand experience in designing and implementing manager development programs.

• Successfully managed multiple concurrent cross-functional programs with documented stakeholder alignment and measurable results.

• Conducted live learning sessions for senior audiences, including directors and VPs.

• Proven application of generative AI in learning and development design and delivery processes, with a clear perspective on how AI transforms learning and managerial leadership.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Employs generative AI responsibly, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready results and drive measurable enhancements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
