Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of validating team capacity and ensuring alignment of dependencies.

• Maintain a comprehensive source of truth that highlights every significant milestone across product pillars.

• Conduct weekly synchronization meetings among engineering team leaders to identify blockers and dependencies.

• Proactively recognize "Yellow" projects and facilitate discussions among product managers to avert any escalation to "Red."

• Ensure smooth and well-documented transitions between client services, product, and engineering teams.

• Monitor "Say/Do" ratios and team velocity to deliver precise forecasts to leadership regarding upcoming market opportunities.

• If required, intervene to help facilitate decision-making processes and get projects back on track.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in program management or technical project management within the Advertising or Marketing Technology (AdTech/MarTech) sectors or a high-growth SaaS (Software as a Service) company.

• Proven track record of managing projects with critical, interdependent components.

• Extensive knowledge of Jira (Advanced Roadmaps), Confluence, and project visualization tools.

• Preferred Experience: Previous involvement in Retail Media environments.
