This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Spearhead initiatives that necessitate collaboration among Engineering, Product, Sales, and GTM to enhance and optimize the supplier network.
• Evaluate network performance metrics to extract actionable insights, pinpointing bottlenecks in the supplier lifecycle or avenues for revenue enhancement.
• Translate technical jargon and engineering limitations into business requirements and high-level action plans for executives.
• Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to address complex challenges, consolidating outputs into organized workstreams for implementation.
• Manage and improve the supplier revenue process to guarantee a seamless experience that aligns with our B2B subscription revenue model.
• Navigate confidently across all organizational levels, from reporting progress to the Head of Strategy to engaging in detailed discussions with engineering leads.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS settings, particularly in the procurement or supply chain domains.
• Capability to "cut through the noise" of data to discern trends and influence decision-making.
• Expertise in contemporary project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and data visualization applications.
• Outstanding communication abilities with the adaptability to transition from a technical briefing to a sales strategy discussion seamlessly.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or a comparable strategic execution role.
