• **The Role**
• We are seeking experienced consulting account anchors who are accountable for the sales and delivery of Oracle ERP programs at key clients, with demonstrated experience and expertise in several of the following areas:
• - Shaping and selling Oracle ERP solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to address their business challenges in the relevant market segment.
• - Overseeing the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions in a program and/or workstream management capacity on large-scale transformation initiatives.
• - Identifying new business opportunities and expansions on these programs to ensure Infosys Consulting is well-positioned to offer additional high-quality services.
• - Managing proactive Oracle proposal development, emphasizing the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and winning themes.
• - Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Oracle Applications within relevant industries.
• - Successfully operating within a service and/or consulting organization, mentoring and guiding teams of consultants in direct, indirect, and matrixed environments.
• - Coordinating relationship-building activities across teams for each client engagement to ensure they receive sound advice on critical matters.
• - Being accountable for consulting revenues and operating margins at the key accounts for which you are responsible.
• - Providing mentorship to subordinate managers, actively contributing to their professional development through coaching and performance guidance.

• - Extensive program and delivery management expertise.
• - Well-established networks, relationships, and participation in the Oracle ecosystem.

• - Proven success in selling and delivering consulting and technology services while achieving business objectives in large corporate settings.
• - Recognized expertise in Oracle Applications, with the ability to align functional areas with business requirements to support the company vision.
• - Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering inspiring and engaging presentations to large groups.
• - Collaborative team player, willing to lead by example and engage directly in tasks.
• - Proven ability to motivate both direct and indirect internal teams, as well as clients, to exceed their expectations.
• - Passionate about disruptive innovation and transformational concepts.
• - Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, particularly at senior client levels.
• - Willingness to travel as necessary.
