This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies for all designated strategic initiatives, incorporating impact evaluations, stakeholder assessments, and communication frameworks.
• Facilitate the realization of strategic goals by diligently monitoring progress towards objectives, managing interdependencies, and providing updates on change adoption status across the organization.
• Create and disseminate targeted communications to ensure that all affected stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the transition process.
• Supervise the execution of critical business programs by actively monitoring the advancement of all related workstreams and strategic initiatives in accordance with set timelines and milestones.
• Foster accountability within the organization by proactively tracking action items, managing dependencies, and ensuring consistent follow-up on tasks to adhere to deadlines.
• Lead significant initiatives to analyze, map, and document current business processes to pinpoint critical inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in business operations, change management, project coordination, or a comparable analytical position.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field is essential.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver outcomes within specified timelines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of effectively collaborating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies, with a demonstrated capacity to utilize data for decision-making and a high level of proficiency in developing operational dashboards and reports.
• Professional certifications in Project Management or Change Management are preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as fintech or scale-ups, is advantageous.
