This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of programs and projects utilizing scope, schedule, and cost management tools.
• Create and uphold integrated project schedules, milestones, and deliverables in accordance with FAA requirements.
• Monitor and report on risks, issues, and dependencies while suggesting mitigation strategies.
• Prepare high-level project briefings, decision memos, and reports that convey program status, risks, and recommendations.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics for FAA programs and offices.
• Offer data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and performance enhancement.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used for analysis and reporting.
• Design and create dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations.
• Develop interactive and user-friendly reports utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design visualization solutions.
• Investigate industry and federal agency best practices and propose improvements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance data accuracy, and boost efficiency by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints principles.
• Document lessons learned, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Transform stakeholder needs into actionable visualization projects.
• Identify relevant data sources and presentation requirements.
• Develop, review, and edit technical documentation, project reports, and correspondence for executives.
• Craft executive-level presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Ensure consistency in style and messaging across all program and project deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong technical writing abilities.
• Experience in creating and delivering executive presentations and communications.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Capable of providing stakeholders with data efficiently and effectively while maintaining high quality and integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior experience in government contracting.
• Preferred experience with federal HR management and compliance frameworks, including OPM, DOT, and FAA policies and programs.
• Preferred experience supporting large-scale Program Management Office initiatives.
• Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
• A Project Management Certification, such as PMP, is preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and security practices is preferred.
• Ability to conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling using Python or SAS is preferred.
• Experience in developing and maintaining SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge management repositories is preferred.
• Stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is preferred.
