This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Integrated Governance & PMP Management: Spearhead the ongoing enhancement of the Program Management Plan (PMP) along with all relevant standards. Ensure consistency with the Program Charter and the oversight expectations set by external stakeholders.
• SAFe & Agile Orchestration: Coordinate SAFe ceremonies, release schedules, and tools (Agility or JIRA) to guarantee uniform delivery across concurrent waves.
• Review meeting materials and facilitate regular program management sessions, which include program risk assessments, Change Control Board meetings, defect evaluations, and program reviews.
• Decision Support & Reporting: Convert intricate technical data into user-friendly, decision-ready Power BI dashboards and other resources. Streamline communications by utilizing Agility or JIRA as the primary data source.
• Knowledge & Change Management: Revise and sustain a future-oriented Knowledge Management (KM) framework. Create change management strategies, job aids, and FAQs to preserve institutional knowledge.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Actively identify and document program risks. Conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for complex requirements and provide recommendations to the executive leadership team.
• Defect & Quality Strategy: Execute the Defect Management Strategy to ensure definitive ownership of defects. Collaborate with external vendors to monitor hotfixes and releases from identification through to resolution.
• 8 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in program management support for extensive federal IT or ERP projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Capability to effectively communicate and engage with senior management and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and adhere to deadlines.
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
