Senior Professional Services Consultant – LIMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee LIMS implementation projects from the phase of requirement gathering to the go-live stage.

• Facilitate workshops, perform business analysis, and assess workflows.

• Configure, test, and validate LIMS solutions effectively.

• Assist in integrating laboratory instruments and third-party systems.

• Provide customer training sessions, demonstrations, and solution workshops.

• Aid in software upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts.

• Participate in AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate directly with clients spanning healthcare, life sciences, public health, and commercial laboratory settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a LIMS Consultant, Senior Consultant, Solutions Consultant, or a comparable position.

• Minimum of 10 years in laboratory environments, laboratory informatics, healthcare IT, or LIMS/LIS implementations.

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring LIMS and/or LIS solutions.

• Skilled in gathering requirements and facilitating customer workshops.

• Experienced in leading software implementation projects that are customer-facing.

• Proficient in supporting testing, validation, and deployment processes.

• Familiar with regulated laboratory or healthcare environments.

• Degree in Biomedical Science, Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific field.

• Experience with Clinisys solutions or other prominent LIMS platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with integrating laboratory systems, instruments, or healthcare applications is advantageous.

• Experience in AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives is beneficial.

• Knowledge of software, databases, or integration is a plus.

• A working understanding of AI technologies and fundamental AI concepts.

• Capability to utilize AI tools to enhance processes and outcomes while demonstrating their use in a professional manner.
