Senior Professional Services Consultant – iQuote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Configure the product based on approved solution designs and configuration specifications.

• Convert requirements into functional workflows, data setups, and role configurations.

• Set up validation and production environments.

• Provide or coordinate practical training for the customer core team.

• Guide super users through key milestones and user acceptance testing.

• Define and execute test cases aligned with requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Assist in defect triage and retesting until acceptance criteria are fulfilled.

• Validate data and configurations against anticipated outcomes.

• Aid in cutover tasks, runbooks, and activities on the first day.

• Help stabilize the solution with the customer team post go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Printing, or a related field; relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in delivering software implementations within customer environments or providing IT services.

• Practical experience in configuring enterprise or vertical software ERP solutions.

• Ability to guide customers through transitional changes.

• Preferred knowledge or experience in the printing industry.

• Exceptional organization, communication, written, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in interpreting design documents and translating them into accurate configuration steps and test cases.

• Strong communication and training skills, with a keen focus on details and follow-through.

• Solid understanding of ERP/MIS, computer operating systems, and relational databases.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively.

• Familiarity with client/server architecture.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

• Knowledge in estimating, planning, scheduling, and production within the print industry is considered an advantage.

• Knowledge and experience with EPS software such as iQuote, iPlan, PrintFlow, Monarch, and Foundation are advantageous.
