Senior Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the successful execution of individual implementation, upgrade, and installation projects by adhering to CAI's methodology.

• Offer post-go-live assistance and ongoing consultancy services to clients.

• Collaborate with colleagues from various business sectors to guarantee a superior customer experience.

• Mentor colleagues and new hires while providing application training.

• Uphold a high level of personal administration standards.

• Engage in team-oriented activities.

• Submit regular status updates and activity reports in line with company protocols.

• Acquire knowledge of CAI's products to effectively deliver training and consultancy.

• Travel occasionally to client locations throughout Europe, Scandinavia, Africa, and the Middle East.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and French.

• Capability to troubleshoot server and system-related issues.

• Comprehensive understanding of Windows Server environments, including services, configuration, and connectivity.

• Proven experience in supporting installations, upgrades, and integrations.

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports.

• Knowledge of SQL Server, including the ability to write SELECT and UPDATE scripts.

• Skill in configuring and troubleshooting Windows IIS.

• Experience in the print industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Positive mindset and consistently professional demeanor.

• Ability to set objectives and guide both internal and external teams.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management capabilities.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
