This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Directors, Senior Production Manager peers, and the Global Client Engagement team to devise strategies and plans aimed at enhancing and sustaining profitability and operational presence.
• Take full responsibility for managing a global client portfolio and program, proposing and implementing actions to boost revenue and/or profitability.
• Work alongside Portfolio Directors and the Implementation team to formulate and execute long-term Localization & QA strategies that align with the company’s global objectives.
• Engage in high-level decision-making processes and offer insights on how Localization & QA can facilitate business growth and market penetration.
• Possess a thorough understanding of performance metrics and strategies to influence them, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Manage strategic and complex clients and budgets, including forecasting and financial planning for Localization & QA initiatives.
• Make critical financial decisions to allocate resources efficiently across various projects and regions.
• Lead initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing the quality and effectiveness of Localization & QA efforts.
• Address complex issues and crises arising during Localization & QA projects, including significant quality challenges, vendor failures, and unforeseen market shifts.
• Conduct workflow design and onboarding for Localization & QA services and technology implementations.
• Supervise the production of Localization & QA projects to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Maintain a standard of consistency, accuracy, and excellence across all localized and QA outputs.
• Assist team members in navigating project uncertainties and resolving issues.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
• Collaborate with HR to plan growth trajectories for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Generate and disseminate production reports.
• Partner with the Client Engagement team to provide quotes for key projects and initiatives.
• Work with Finance and other support structures to share production data and forecasts.
• Undertake additional special projects or responsibilities as needed.
• Promote the adoption of new Localization & QA technologies and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead efforts to standardize Project Manager practices across various locations.
• Adjust team size according to account and business needs.
• Ensure that all client documentation is current and easily accessible.
• Attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and any account meetings as required.
• Strong customer-centric orientation.
• Exceptional team leadership and organizational abilities.
• Proven experience in delivering standard work processes along with tactical and operational expertise.
• Development of business processes (recommendations, procedural documents), comprehensive project plans, and status reporting systems.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships across all organizational levels, including senior leaders and executives.
• Proactive initiative and responsibility: readiness to act by identifying opportunities and anticipating changes, including knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.
• Excellent communication abilities and capacity to build robust relationships with diverse local and international stakeholders.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Proficient in data, metrics, and managing performance delivery.
• High degree of cultural sensitivity and demonstrated effectiveness in working with multi-cultural and business teams, preferably in a large global context.
• 6-8 years of prior experience in Audio, Text, LQA, or FQA, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g., in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google tools.
