Senior Production Designer – Short Term – Advertising

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams, Product Owners, Designers, and partner agencies to deliver top-notch visual production work.

• Create, update, and manage production-ready assets across various digital platforms.

• Prepare organized, clean, and scalable design files in accordance with client conventions and workflows.

• Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards, visual consistency, and quality expectations.

• Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and uphold production accuracy.

• Assist in the iterative design process through revisions, updates, and feedback incorporation.

• Maintain uniformity across various versions, formats, and screen sizes.

• Operate effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic agency setting.

• Engage in design quality assurance and asset validation as required.

• Communicate proactively regarding any obstacles, timelines, and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Production Design, Visual Design, or Digital Design.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong experience in production workflows for digital products and marketing assets.

• Familiarity with design systems and brand guidelines.

• Capability to prepare clean, scalable, developer-friendly design files.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring speed and quality.

• Nice to have: Experience with global brands, agencies, or fast-paced creative environments.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Sketch.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.

• Nice to have: Experience collaborating with Product Designers, Art Directors, and Engineers.

• Nice to have: Experience creating assets for web, mobile, and marketing channels.
