Senior Production Designer – Short Term – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams, Product Owners, Designers, and partner agencies to produce exceptional visual work.

• Develop, update, and sustain production-ready assets across various digital platforms.

• Prepare clean, organized, and scalable design files in accordance with client conventions and workflows.

• Ensure that all deliverables align with brand standards, visual consistency, and quality expectations.

• Enhance workflows to boost efficiency and uphold production accuracy.

• Assist in iterative design processes through revisions, updates, and the implementation of feedback.

• Maintain consistency across different versions, formats, and screen sizes.

• Operate efficiently under tight deadlines in a dynamic agency setting.

• Engage in design QA and asset validation as required.

• Proactively communicate about any blockers, timelines, and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Production Design, Visual Design, or Digital Design.

• Advanced skills in Figma.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong experience with production workflows for digital products and marketing materials.

• Familiarity with design systems and brand guidelines.

• Capability to create clean, scalable, and developer-friendly design files.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining speed and quality.
