Senior Production Designer – Short Term, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams, Product Owners, Designers, and partner agencies to deliver exceptional visual production work.

• Develop, update, and maintain production-ready assets across various digital platforms.

• Prepare organized, clean, and scalable design files in accordance with client conventions and workflows.

• Ensure that all deliverables adhere to brand standards, visual consistency, and quality expectations.

• Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and uphold production accuracy.

• Assist in iterative design processes by incorporating revisions, updates, and feedback.

• Maintain uniformity across multiple versions, formats, and screen sizes.

• Operate effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic agency environment.

• Engage in design QA and asset validation as required.

• Communicate proactively about any obstacles, timelines, and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Production Design, Visual Design, or Digital Design.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong experience in production workflows for digital products and marketing assets.

• Familiarity with design systems and brand guidelines.

• Capability to create clean, scalable, and developer-friendly design files.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring speed and quality.

• Nice to have: Experience with global brands, agencies, or fast-paced creative settings.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Sketch.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.

• Nice to have: Experience collaborating with Product Designers, Art Directors, and Engineers.

• Nice to have: Experience in creating assets for web, mobile, and marketing platforms.

• Nice to have: Experience in motion graphics or basic animation (After Effects).

• Nice to have: Design QA and implementation review experience.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with enterprise-scale design systems.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows and creative tools.
