This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform an in-depth analysis to grasp market dynamics, pinpoint vulnerabilities, and devise strategies to enhance market share.
• Proactively address competitors’ strengths to solidify Beckman Coulter’s market position.
• Engage with customers by comprehending their technology, contracts, and competitive landscape, customizing product presentations to fit their specific requirements.
• Align Beckman Coulter’s solutions with customer business frameworks and financial trends to foster impactful discussions.
• Act as a peer leader and subject matter authority in Heme/UA technologies and laboratory workflows, offering guidance to team members.
• Utilize tools such as PowerBI and SFDC to inform territory strategy and monitor market activity, including wins/losses and installation growth.
• Track territory performance through analytical tools to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and competitive opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies that maximize customer value and stimulate revenue growth.
• 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in selling capital equipment, ideally within the diagnostics field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-related discipline (advanced degree is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute intricate sales strategies that extend beyond hardware.
• Outstanding analytical skills, with a proven track record of successfully displacing competitors and boosting market share.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to tailor presentations and strategies according to customer needs and personas, along with proficiency in utilizing sales analytics tools (PowerBI, SFDC) to guide strategic direction and performance.
