Senior Product Owner – Xsolla Money Account

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap of the Money Account product to ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

• Identify opportunities to enhance wallet functionalities, issuing processes, payouts, and other financial capabilities for gamers and creators.

• Balance user experience, technical feasibility, regulatory factors, and partner constraints when developing solutions.

• Convert product strategy into concise, high-quality PRDs that offer context, justification, and actionable requirements.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and reliable end-to-end user experiences.

• Work with engineering teams utilizing Jira and Confluence to oversee scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.

• Lead features from ideation through to build, testing, launch readiness, and subsequent iterations post-launch.

• Work in close collaboration with engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support teams.

• Clearly communicate goals, trade-offs, and timelines to ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Aid in internal enablement by assisting teams in understanding new features, user flows, and operational impacts.

• Collaborate with external partners such as wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, and card networks.

• Engage in partner discussions to clarify requirements, dependencies, and delivery expectations.

• Assist in evaluating vendors, platforms, and capabilities that align with the Money Account roadmap.

• Define and track key product metrics related to onboarding, engagement, and usage.

• Utilize data, user feedback, and partner insights to identify areas of friction and opportunities for enhancement.

• Continuously refine products based on performance metrics and changing customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management within fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex, cross-functional Fintech products from ideation to launch.

• Background in digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.

• Strong technical proficiency and comfort in working closely with engineering teams and APIs.

• Ability to translate vague problems into structured product requirements and actionable execution plans.

• Exceptional project management and execution capabilities, including planning work, managing timelines and dependencies, tracking action items, and proactively identifying risks or blockers.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; adept at managing multiple workstreams concurrently.

• High proficiency in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, and related tools) for managing backlogs, documenting requirements, maintaining execution visibility, and supporting prioritization and planning processes.

• Data-informed mindset with the capability to leverage metrics for decision-making.

• Collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Comfortable with providing and receiving feedback and reassessing assumptions as new information arises.
