This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define, develop, and scale the Xsolla Money Account.
• Identify opportunities to enhance wallet services, issuing, payouts, and connected financial functionalities for gamers and creators.
• Convert product strategy into clear, high-quality PRDs that deliver context, rationale, and actionable requirements.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and reliable end-to-end user experiences.
• Manage features from ideation through construction, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch improvements.
• Work alongside engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Engage with external partners including wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, and card networks.
• Define and track key product metrics related to onboarding, engagement, and usage.
• 8–12+ years of experience in product management within fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, cross-functional Fintech products from conception to launch.
• Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
• Strong technical proficiency and comfort in working closely with engineering teams and APIs.
• Ability to convert ambiguous challenges into structured product requirements and execution strategies.
• Excellent project management and execution abilities, including planning work, managing timelines and dependencies, tracking action items, and proactively identifying risks or obstacles.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; adept at managing multiple workstreams concurrently.
• High proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, and related tools) for backlog management, documentation of requirements, maintaining execution visibility, and supporting prioritization and planning workflows.
• Data-driven mindset with the capability to utilize metrics for guiding decisions.
• Collaborative, humble, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback and reassessing assumptions as new information becomes available.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on action—someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, tackle challenges head-on, and seek ways to advance work rather than waiting for ideal conditions.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and change, maintaining momentum even as priorities shift.
