• Define, develop, and scale the Xsolla Money Account.
• Identify opportunities to enhance wallet features, issuing, payouts, and other financial capabilities for gamers and creators.
• Convert product strategy into clear, high-quality PRDs that offer context, rationale, and actionable requirements.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and reliable end-to-end user experiences.
• Guide features from ideation through building, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch iterations.
• Work in partnership with engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Engage with external partners such as wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, and card networks.
• Establish and track key product metrics related to onboarding, engagement, and usage.
• 8–12+ years of experience in product management within fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, cross-functional fintech products from concept to launch.
• Familiarity with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort in collaborating closely with engineering teams and APIs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured product requirements and execution plans.
• Excellent project management and execution skills, including planning work, managing timelines and dependencies, tracking action items, and proactively identifying risks or blockers.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills; adept at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• High proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, and related tools) for managing backlogs, documenting requirements, maintaining execution visibility, and supporting prioritization and planning workflows.
• Data-informed mindset with the capability to use metrics to drive decisions.
• Collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and reassessing assumptions as new information surfaces.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with a tendency toward action—someone who tackles challenges head-on and seeks ways to advance work rather than waiting for optimal conditions.
