Senior Product Owner – Healthcare Navigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with Product Leadership to ensure alignment on product strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution goals.

• Converting strategic initiatives into comprehensive user stories that include clear acceptance criteria for development teams.

• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog in accordance with business objectives and stakeholder input.

• Engaging in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to facilitate team delivery.

• Clarifying business rules, workflows, and edge cases to support high-quality product development.

• Partnering with QA teams to ensure that test cases are in line with requirements and validate acceptance criteria.

• Facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a mutual understanding of goals and requirements.

• Assisting with enhancements to healthcare navigation solutions by integrating digital tools with human-supported services.

• Monitoring sprint progress and delivery outcomes while incorporating user feedback into backlog updates.

• Contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives within Agile processes and team workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles.

• More than 3 years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health product development.

• Experience in building or supporting healthcare navigation, care coordination, or benefits navigation platforms.

• Proven track record of delivering user-centered digital products that improve member and client experiences.

• Experience supporting Agile development teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and ceremonies.

• Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product development teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex requirements.
