Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serves as the main point of contact for the Agile team regarding work prioritization, decision-making, and product guidance.

• Works closely with stakeholders to establish and refine product requirements and priorities.

• Facilitates Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning.

• Tracks product performance and resolves issues in the production environment.

• Provides timely updates and insights to functional leaders.

• Recognizes product gaps and identifies opportunities for enhancement.

• Starts to shape departmental strategy through insights gained from the product.

• Determines product direction without focusing on technical implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning alongside Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and SIT/UAT testing teams.

• More than 5 years of experience operating within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), with significant expertise in backlog prioritization for one or more Agile teams.

• At least 5 years of experience utilizing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and testing platforms to enhance Agile delivery and execution.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience converting complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment.
