This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the creation and organization of I&C marketing materials and technical inputs, including brochures, flysheets, presentations, and digital assets.
• Manage and govern the planning and frequency of I&C digital content, ensuring consensus on product priorities, brand guidelines, and target demographics across various regions.
• Ensure that all materials align with product strategies and target audiences while maintaining consistency with established brand themes and messaging.
• Maintain a systematic update schedule for technical content based on the product roadmap, customer requirements, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to facilitate the publication of external media and communications.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital media initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative data to promote ongoing enhancements.
• Articulate the technical value proposition for product offerings within the ICS product portfolio.
• Assist in evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to refine messaging, positioning, and strategies that support product capture objectives.
• Coordinate and manage interactions with corporate functions that interface with product management (Finance, Legal, Quality, and Supply Chain).
• Direct the complete execution of all I&C conferences and industry events, including planning, content coordination, partner engagement, and adherence to delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with I&C Engineering to ensure that conference content accurately reflects current offerings, roadmap, and unique selling points.
• Act as the custodian of shared narratives, value propositions, and positioning across all internal and external communications.
• Assist in the production of quarterly internal I&C newsletters, ensuring alignment on priorities and messaging from leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Preference for degrees in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in product marketing or marketing communications within a technical or industrial setting.
• Proven experience in converting product strategy and technical concepts into clear, customer-oriented messaging and communication materials.
• Experience working collaboratively across various regions, products, and cross-functional teams to support a global customer base.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional projects, including fixed-deadline deliverables such as conferences, external communications, or multi-channel campaigns.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
