This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and manage TAM/SOM/SAM models to assess market opportunities within middle market and upmarket segments.
• Continuously develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), identifying new buying personas, verticals, and whitespace opportunities.
• Lead efforts in competitive intelligence to uncover differentiation strategies and advantages in market positioning.
• Oversee the core positioning and messaging framework for specific market segments.
• Create compelling narratives aimed at CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders that highlight efficiency, control, and visibility.
• Develop unique messaging frameworks for new ICPs as the company expands into upmarket territories.
• Collaborate with Product and Finance to formulate pricing and packaging strategies that encourage adoption and drive expansion revenue.
• Design promotional offers and competitive win-back initiatives in partnership with Sales.
• Establish guidelines and approval frameworks for field-level discounting and custom deal terms in collaboration with Product and Revenue Operations.
• Lead the complete go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new products, features, and market entries.
• Create launch playbooks that facilitate coordination across marketing, sales, product, and revenue operations.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and adjust GTM strategies based on pipeline and win/loss analysis.
• Develop pitch narratives and ROI tools specific to segments that assist representatives in closing deals more efficiently in competitive situations.
• Work alongside Sales Enablement to operationalize content in Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent platforms.
• Act as the GTM quarterback across Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Finance, Product, and Revenue Operations.
• Align stakeholders on GTM strategy, prioritization, and readiness prior to each launch or campaign.
• Present GTM strategies and performance metrics to executive leadership and influence resource allocation decisions.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or a hybrid strategy/marketing role within a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven experience in owning positioning, messaging, and launch execution, rather than merely contributing to them.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in TAM modeling, cohort analysis, win/loss analysis, and pipeline metrics.
• Experience in creating sales enablement materials that are effectively utilized by representatives (scripts, battle cards, ROI tools).
• Established cross-functional leadership capabilities: you've aligned sales, product, and finance behind a GTM plan.
• Experience in fintech, payments, AP automation, or familiarity with the CFO persona is highly advantageous.
• An MBA from a top-tier program is preferred; however, exceptional candidates without an MBA will also be considered.
