This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and manage a portfolio structure that aligns with buyer requirements, market conditions, and overarching business strategies.
• Transform business goals, market potential, and the offering portfolio into a unified, formal go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies for the portfolio, including prioritizing target audiences, messaging, and integrated campaign strategies.
• Supervise the launch planning for new offerings, defining and managing a comprehensive enterprise-wide launch process.
• Gain a thorough understanding of buyer and customer requirements, market trends, and the competitive environment.
• Collaborate with leaders across sales, product, marketing, customer success, and other departments to design cohesive strategies, tactics, and resources.
• Develop and lead a revenue enablement initiative that enhances portfolio understanding, adoption, and growth among buyer- and customer-facing roles.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to members of the product marketing and vertical marketing teams.
• Establish and sustain processes, measurement tools, and reporting frameworks to support the goals of the portfolio marketing team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• A Master’s degree (MBA) is mandatory.
• Certification as a Product Marketing Manager (CPMM – AIPMM) is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in management roles.
• Global experience with diverse and distributed teams is highly desired.
• 4–6 years of extensive experience in product line, portfolio, or business unit management.
• 4–6 years of proven success in influencing C-level executives and senior cross-functional leaders.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to convert quantitative data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• 4–6 years of demonstrated proficiency in creating compelling messaging and positioning for products, solutions, and services.
• Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
