This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for the introduction of new Hatch features.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive environment, industry trends, and customer requirements.
• Evaluate market demands and perform research to guide new product development.
• Create unique narratives aimed at customer acquisition and product engagement.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Sales, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to ensure successful product adoption.
• Provide market insights to foster a deeper understanding of customer needs.
• Act as a strategic ally for Growth, Event, and Customer Marketing leaders.
• Develop and sustain messaging frameworks tailored to specific personas.
• Monitor and compile win/loss data, create battle cards, and develop sales communication tracks.
• Utilize AI as a force multiplier in daily operations.
• Adapt your responsibilities as the team and business evolve.
• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B environment.
• Strong instincts for competitive intelligence.
• Proficient use of AI tools.
• A mindset focused on building and developing.
• Experience in the SaaS and Home Improvement / Home Services sectors is a plus.
