This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish positioning, go-to-market messaging, and launch strategies for Rithum's Brands or Retailer platform that create substantial value for retailers and aid in achieving key growth goals.
• Develop unique selling points that bolster Rithum's leadership against competing solutions, and devise plans to disseminate these resources both internally and externally. This involves conducting win/loss interviews.
• Conduct comprehensive market opportunity assessments, including market research, segmentation, buyer personas, key trends, and competitive analysis.
• Spearhead product launches by collaborating on launch strategies and overseeing cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Product, Marketing, and Client Success to ensure effective launch execution and business impact.
• Produce relevant, impactful, and timely marketing materials, including sales presentations, pitch decks, sales tools, product data sheets, web content, webinars, blogs, product differentiation resources, social media content, and other assets.
• Independently create certain assets while co-developing others alongside cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to growth marketing initiatives by delivering product content and engaging in marketing programs that foster demand for Rithum's products.
• Utilize AI to expedite content creation, enhance messaging, analyze market and competitive insights, and improve go-to-market execution while ensuring adherence to accuracy, quality, and Rithum's brand standards.
• Design and maintain internal sales tools that effectively communicate competitive differentiation, objection handling, and positioning strategies.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and Rithum's competitive advantages, while facilitating knowledge sharing across internal teams through regular enablement sessions.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product management.
• Relevant experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or enterprise software, with a focus on ecommerce technology or retail technology being advantageous.
• Capability to simplify complex subjects into value propositions, concepts, visuals, terms, and phrases that resonate with the primary buyer persona.
• Experience in crafting positioning, messaging, and differentiation from the buyer’s perspective.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities, including the skill to develop a comprehensive product marketing bill of materials and deliver impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to work independently with internal stakeholders.
• Capacity to influence others and serve as a strong, consistent, and clear voice in discussions.
• Proven success in working with product management to support product strategy, direction, and launches.
• A demonstrated track record of collaborating with sales to drive pipelines and enhance win rates.
• Keen attention to detail and established project management and operational skills.
• Experience with AI tools to boost productivity, expedite content development, analyze market and competitive insights, and enhance go-to-market execution.
