Senior Product Manager – Xsolla Pages

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of products for new verticals including Games, Influencers, Retail, and Telecom — overseeing the process from strategy formulation through specifications to partner launch.

• Manage the automated page generation system for millions of dynamically created pages, including UGC integration, SEO automation, sitemap creation, Schema.org structured data, and localization in 26 languages.

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all Pages plugins (such as claim rate, conversion, indexation, and partner adoption); collaborate with the analytics team to create dashboards.

• Oversee the end-to-end integration of ELIAA attribution, including technical design, coordination with the ELIAA team, and incorporation into the XLA Pages architecture.

• Administer the Pages product backlog across various Jira projects (SB, XPF, XPM, XLAPAGES, EXM); facilitate sprint planning, manage dependencies, and oversee timelines.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, SEO, business development, and partner-facing teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Act as the subject-matter expert for Pages within the Xsolla organization — translating executive vision into actionable engineering tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of product management experience in a consumer-facing direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform with a substantial catalog of programmatically-generated pages (such as Shopify, Etsy, Pinterest, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Wix, Airbnb, or similar).

• Proven experience in delivering complex web-centric systems that yield measurable SEO results (including organic traffic growth, indexation rates, and ranking enhancements).

• Strong technical proficiency — able to interpret API specifications, understand data flow, and collaborate with engineers on system architecture (coding skills are not necessary, but a technical mindset is essential).

• Practical experience with large-scale SEO initiatives: including structured data, sitemap strategies, server-side rendering, and Core Web Vitals.

• A history of defining KPIs and developing analytics instrumentation for new product surfaces.

• Experience managing intricate backlogs across multiple Jira projects with inter-team dependencies.

• Exceptional written communication skills — responsible for drafting specifications, PRDs, and partner-facing documentation that must be clear and precise.
