Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to develop top-tier privacy products.

• Co-create, mentor, and work alongside Engineers and Designers while partnering with other departments (e.g., User Insights) to define, prioritize, and create new products and features from start to finish.

• Assume responsibility for specific product components and contribute to the overall product strategy across the organization.

• Assist in establishing and maintaining high standards for quality in all product development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles related to product management (e.g., Head, Principal, Director, etc.).

• Proven experience in leading features from conception to launch, including a minimum of 2 years working on at least one product with a large and diverse user base (i.e., >500k weekly active users).

• Strong leadership skills in both people management and strategic planning.

• Demonstrated ability to unite cross-functional teams for goal setting, project roadmapping, and resource allocation.

• Proficient in effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience utilizing experiments and data to guide product decisions.

• Skilled in gathering and learning from user feedback.

• Exceptional product intuition and aesthetic sense.

• Ability to simplify complex technical subjects (e.g., internet privacy) into clear product solutions.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
