This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish and implement the vision and strategy for Webflow’s access control, identity, and governance features, ensuring they are scalable for our largest and most significant clients.
• Serve as the advocate for our largest clients, collaborating with go-to-market teams to influence our enterprise initiatives and translating insights from the field into product strategies.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers to realize your vision and create meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with other product and engineering teams to promote access control principles throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated history of executing at a rapid pace to provide outstanding enterprise customer experiences.
• Possess expertise in enterprise security and governance, including identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks, along with an understanding of how IT and security teams assess and integrate these capabilities.
• Have a solid understanding of website and AI technologies, as well as the tools marketing teams utilize to create and enhance their sites.
• Exhibit systems thinking and the ability to step back to see how a feature integrates into the broader Webflow product and strategy.
• Flourish in the uncertainty associated with a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
