• Act as the strategic and operational leader for the creation, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Valve Clinic Coordinator (VCC) education programs across the nation.
• Assess the educational needs of VCCs through the analysis of market trends, feedback from the field, clinical practice gaps, and convert insights into targeted, scalable programs.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive VCC curriculum that facilitates onboarding, advanced training, and continuous professional growth.
• Plan, design, and implement VCC-centric programs, which include national and regional meetings, congress symposia, workshops, and virtual learning events.
• Develop intricate clinical and operational content specifically tailored for the VCC audience, integrating current data, literature, best practices in workflow, and regulatory considerations.
• Identify, engage, and oversee both internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Establish and manage tracking systems to evaluate VCC program participation, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 (eight) years of relevant experience in the medical device and/or clinical sectors, or equivalent experience as per Edwards criteria.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry, or equivalent work experience according to Edwards criteria.
• Previous experience working as a Valve Clinic Coordinator (VCC).
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (including car, air, and overnight trips).
• Experience in Mitral & Tricuspid structural heart procedures.
• Extensive experience in designing and delivering educational programs through both virtual and in-person formats.
• Proven track record in program strategy, development, and project management, ideally within clinical, sales, or healthcare education settings.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and knowledge of learning or content management systems.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the capability to influence and foster relationships across various organizational levels.
